On behalf of RespectFarms and the Province of Zuid-Holland, we are pleased to invite you to the First Cell Farmers Symposium.

This symposium will bring together key stakeholders from farming, cellular agriculture, agritech, food systems, and policy to explore how cellular cultivation can become an integrated part of the future agritech ecosystem.

We will discuss

  • Emerging opportunities in cellular agriculture
  • Key technical, regulatory and economic barriers
  • New business models for farmers
  • The role of Zuid-Holland as a European innovation hub
  • This symposium marks the launch of an annual platform.

Speakers

The programme will feature a welcome from Tom Jonker (Provincie Zuid-Holland), contributions from a.o. Peter Holl (Sartorius), Corne van Leeuwen (Melkveebedrijf van Leeuwen), Didier Toubia (Aleph Farms), Hannah Lester (Atova Regulatory Consulting), Maresa Oosterman (Cellulaire Agricultuur Nederland), and from Respect Farms Ira van Eelen, Ruud Zanders, Florentine Zieglowski and Ralf Becks.
