RespectFarms is a start-up in the cellular agriculture industry, located in the Netherlands. With a long history in cultivated meat, our vision is to sustainably transform our food system by integrating the best out of the conventional and the cellular agriculture industry. We, therefore, see ourselves as system integrator. We will optimize, productize and commercialize the first cultivated meat farm by 2030, with 1000 more farms to come by 2038.
Our approach focuses decentralized (scale-out) production, modular bioprocess systems, farmer-operated facilities, automation-first design, and practical deployment in real agricultural environments.
ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Project Administration Officer, you will have a broad and responsible position within the organization. You play a key role in our project and financial administration and help ensure that processes are accurate, efficient and well-organised. You will work closely with the management team, the R&D team and external stakeholders such as subsidy providers, accountants and software suppliers.
Project and subsidy administration
- Managing and validating employee time registrations across multiple subsidy-funded projects
- Preparing and submitting reports to subsidy providers
- Streamlining, improving and automating administrative processes
- Working with time registration systems (experience with TimeChimp is a plus)
Financial administration
- Processing incoming and outgoing invoices in Basecone and Twinfield
- Preparing payments
- Supporting financial reporting activities
HR administration
- Managing personnel administration in Nmbrs
- Supporting HR-related processes
Organisation & support
- Responsible for the planning and administrative organisation of events at the pilot site in Schipluiden
- Supporting the management team
- Supporting the team with:
- Administration of procurement and contracts
- Documentation and improvement of processes
- Administrative support related to maintenance of the production facility
YOUR PROFILE
- Proven experience in an administrative role
- Affinity with project and/or subsidy administration
- Experience with or interest in financial and HR administration
- Strong digital skills (experience with TimeChimp, Twinfield, Basecone and Nmbrs is a major plus)
- Good communication skills and a collaborative mindset
